Combine prints with a mix of motif densities.
Density refers to how tightly grouped the pattern elements are on the paper. Mixing with a variety of densities is a great way to get balance and successful combinations.

color,
scale, and
density.
The small yellow print is the most densely packed print, the red is a little looser, and the blue print has the most space between motifs.
