When Lynn Grieveson makes a “single and pretty” page it’s photo driven, and she focuses on the theme and the feeling of the layout to support the photo.
Lynn says, “The first thing I did here was to think about the sort of colors and embellishments I wanted to use. Pink with neutrals contributes to a timeless story-book feeling. Flowers and silhouetted animals like those that might illustrate a picture book add to this feeling.”
“I wanted to make the photo very much the focus while still using all of these elements that support the theme and desired feeling. I clustered them under and around the frame in order to keep the focus clear.”
