Keandra Perkins-Willis is a wife, stay at home mother and artist located in New Orleans, LA…home of the SUPERBOWL SAINTS! She started crafting when she was five and drawing on her bedroom wall with a purple crayon. Her parents kind of
stifled her artistry for a few years (at least until she learned to draw on paper ONLY!) When she was 12, she was given her first sticky backed photo album and has been hooked ever since! She loves looking back at her old pages. She loves to see how far she’s advanced; to see the different styles she’s incorporated over the years.
Keandra’s grandfather died of Alzheimer’s and she thinks all the time that she too may be afflicted with that same disease one day. So, her memory keeping has a twofold purpose: she wants to preserve her and her family’s life experiences for future generations and also for herself in case there is a time when she doesn’t remember.
Keandra is the owner of Kreatorville Krafts kit klub and the Aptly Titled Etsy shop, as well as a member of the Examiner.com, Gone Scrapbooking Creative Team and the Platinum Scraps layout and card design teams. She’s been published in newsletters by Basic Grey, Memory Makers and Rusty Pickle. She’s also had a layout published in Somerset Memories and her work is featured in the Sketches 2 Scrap IPhone App. She’s STOKED to teach at Masterful Scrapbook Design!!!
